Langa’s platforms have been specially designed to facilitate the handling of aerospace jigs and components, within very confined areas by Airbus A 318 programme. In order to reduce the space utilized, platforms lay under the footprint of the jig.
This not only improves the whole logistics of handling of these (in same cases) quite bulky items but allow the platforms to be used as working benches where the jigs are rested while the operators work on the aircraft component manufacturing process.
